![]() For a few years I had a similar script to clean up my notes using Clean Text. I can then paste it into my shownotes (in Apple Notes) and it's nicely formatted. This script grabs a block of text, and uses regex to remove a bunch of annoying stuff like footnotes references, then breaks the text into one sentence per line. Lots of the research material comes from ebooks, Wikipedia, PDFs, etc. I write about 6000 words of notes every week for podcasts I produce. I've got a couple of scripts that have already saved me time and frustration. Not as powerful but doesn't require SiP to be disabled. Much better for people who are just getting started with TWMs, or people who are less comfortable with the terminal. :/ Invaluable tool for mouse-less computer usage.
